Customer Support Specialist
We are currently in the process of expanding our customer support team in Istanbul.
If you are experienced and in love with Apache, PHP, MySQL and a great communicator then we will be happy to hear from you.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years of HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience (Mid Level)
- 2+ years of Linux experience (CRONs, SSH, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Passionate about helping customers to solve problems
- Fast typing speed
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide email based technical support to Octeth customers daily in English
- Working with development team to report bugs and problems
- Troubleshoot technical problems via FTP/SSH
- Ability to learn quickly
- Achieve customer satisfaction through fast and accurate replies
- Escalate unresolved issues and follow-up with unresolved issues

Octeth is a small web application development company located in Bakirkoy/Istanbul that has developed popular email marketing application Oempro and permission based email marketing service Sendloop.com.
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
Work Hours: 10am - 7pm
