Flex Developer

BeFunky is a venture backed start-up company focused on delivering rich multimedia content over the web. Focusing on ease of use, BeFunky develops digital media tools that enable people to express themselves creatively on the web without any technical knowledge.
BeFunky has an opening position who is experienced in developing applications using Adobe Flex and Actionscript. We are seeking motivated individuals to create innovative solutions for our cutting-edge products. As a member of this fast-paced entrepreneurial organization you will have day-to-day impact on the company’s success. This is not an entry level position. Qualified candidates must be comfortable producing software in Adobe Flex environment. This is a fulltime direct-hire opportunity.

Mostly the concentration will be on developing dynamic, interactive RIAs in Flex, Flash and Actionscript 3.0. You will be here to work with development and product managers to turn product requirements into product features.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in developing applications using Adobe Flex and ActionScript 3.0.
-Integration of Flash-based front ends with server-side data.
-Good understanding of Object Oriented design principles.
-Solid knowledge and experience in Rich Internet Applications (RIA)
-BS in Computer Science is preferred
-Ability to work overtime as required
