Data Analyst
We are looking for a Data Analyst who has extensive google analytics experience and can make data analysis/modeling and interpretation. Ideally the candidate would have an educational and/or work background in statistics and has a working knowledge of databases. Experience in marketing campaigns is an asset. We need a good team-player with an analytic mind to join our Digital Agency.

W3 Digital has been established at the end of 2007 and has grown very quickly due to the digital solutions provided to clients. We own the European account of a global FMCG Company and run the digital production, build and design work of their billion dollar brands in 17 Western European Markets. We are based in Turkey but currently work only for companies outside of Turkey.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate weekly reports of websites using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Data analysis / modeling / interpretations / recommendations.
- Prepare written analysis and present findings.
- Work closely with marketing departments for the consultancy, coordination, setup and reporting of direct marketing campaigns.
- Create relevant target groups based on consumer profile data according to to the marketing messages.
Monitoring and constant improvement of the data-quality
EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES:
- At least Bachelor's degree,
- At least 3 years of international experience,
- Strong data analysis together with knowledge of websites’ information architecture,
- Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills,
- Good command of Excel and web analytic packages and the ability to translate data into meaningful ppt reports,
- Good presentation and communication skills,
- Ideally a graduate with relevant data management and ad-serving experience, you’ll understand how websites, email-newsletters and media are tracked,
- Solid agency experience,
- Work accurately in tight deadlines, deliver error-free work that meets agency/client standards.
- Good English language skills both written and oral
